2 out of 5 starsVery dissatisfied. We bought 2 different pillows and asked they be personalized the same. Seemed reasonable. When we received them they were different. Date was numerical on one and spelled out on the other. One had & and the other had +. If you aren’t going to follow personalization please notify customer before doing the work. She immediately responded to my complaint so why not notify customer of a possible problem. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

2 out of 5 starsWhen they ask for personalization they don’t follow. We bought 2 pillows with different wording and asked the personalization be the same on both. Instead of contacting us to say they would not they just did it the way wanted. We asked for & on both, they put + on 1 and & on one. The date is spelled on one and numerical on the other. It would have been appreciated had they notified us before just doing it. They had no problem getting right back to me when I complained. If they don’t mean “personalize” don’t say it. Very disappointed in customer service.
