2 out of 5 starsThe pillow and text color is different than pictured, and the material of the pillow makes it very susceptible to pulls. There were a couple of pulls already when I opened from the packaging.

We have been using the same Linen since 2014. Linen is a natural material so it will have variations to it. It is not the same each time a batch of linen is made. The text color is black. We haven't changed that. Please understand that individual screens and resolutions can cause you to see different colors. But we use natural linen and Black text for our pillows. As far as pulls, the linen doesn't have pulls so I am not sure what buyer is referring to. We never had any feedback about pulls before. Buyer purchased a 1 sided pillow but despite that we sent her a double sided pillow for courtesy. I wish buyer had sent me a message to discuss any concerns before leaving feedback. But rest assure, what you see in the photo is what you get with fabric variations that come with linen. You can check other customers review photos.
