UK: 1st Class Royal Mail. Upgraded to Royal Mail Recorded Delivery in the UK when the value of your order is more than £20

International: Royal Mail Standard Airmail (estimated duration:- Europe 3-5, USA 5-7, ROW 7-10 days)
International orders over £20 ($30) need insured and tracked shipping which is available as an upgrade option.

Wrap? I have designed my handmade gift wrap so it's a lovely parcel for you to open & yet easy for you to repackage for gifting. I think it's important to be able to see what you have bought on line before you go ahead and present it.

Your purchase is posted in padded mailers for maximum protection. In the case of greetings cards, I ship single cards in board envelopes, or if multiples, in a board postal box. Single cards are also in cellophane bags for added protection.

Please contact me with the details and I can ship your item to your recipient including a handwritten note/gift tag from the information you supply. This is a great way to send to UK loved ones if you are outside the UK as any excess international postage you have been charged will be refunded.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom Cards are dispatched within 2 days of orders.
Custom Jewellery - shipped within 7 days - if I need to source materials for your custom made item, I will keep you informed of the dispatch time needed.

Care instructions

Most of my items need only a rub with a soft cloth to clean or shine, but do see the listing for any special instructions.
Sterling Silver and gemstone, crystal or glass beads can be dipped. (With the exception of pearls and loom or woven beadwork).
Tibetan Silver tarnish can be removed with toothpaste and an old toothbrush. Avoid if your item contains pearls.

How long will my parcel take?

Shipping times quoted are from Royal Mail's estimates. Are not guaranteed but I've found them to be accurate.
If you need Express Shipping, please contact me and it can be arranged.
If custom work is being made for you and you have a deadline - just let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
