Refrigeration isn't required though will prolong shelf life greatly. Don't freeze. Our products do well on the shelf, but best by dates vary from product to product and batch to batch. We guarantee shelf life for only the first 30 days after ship date because we can not regulate how products are stored once they leave our hands. Read your product label for a batch # and Best By Date. We do not claim actual or specific shelf life because our products are not sent to a lab. It is important for the best shelf life, that you do not store in direct sunlight of a bathroom window, and that you keeps lids on after use, and do not drip water inside containers! We restock products in January and June, so occasionally items will go out of stock until we can make more. If anything goes out of stock, just inform us and we'll tell you when to expect new inventory. It is always a good idea to order products in advance. Typical processing time is 1-2 weeks, but please see our "Shipping Info" Schedule, because some orders may be on hold until our next ship date. Custom/New Formulations typically take up to 4 weeks to process. Orders made over the holidays months may take up to 10 weeks to process.
