Hi! Hello! Howdy! Welcome to my Etsy shop!

Here at No Stranger Here you will find handmade items crafted with care in my smoke-free/pet-free home.

Do you enjoy browsing through shops on wonderfully lazy days when you don't have to hurry off anywhere? Well, that's the type of atmosphere I aim to create here in my Etsy shop.

Come on in! Browse a while! You never know what you'll find!

Right now I am listing several hand-crocheted shawls that are so versatile you can use them any time of the year.

I have other handmade items in the following categories: Jewelry, Candles and Woodworking.

I also have one vintage item, a Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey Decanter.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I welcome custom orders. Please contact me with your ideas. Also, I am happy to take requests if you see that something you like has already been sold.

Check back often!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
At this time I accept PayPal payments only. Thank you!

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. I will leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Shipping
I will ship your purchase(s) on Monday - Friday during business hours after your payment clears. In most cases when the item is small enough I use a bubble wrap or reinforced envelope for shipping. I mainly ship USPS First Class Mail and add Delivery Confirmation when available.

A Note On International Shipping:

Now shipping to Canada!

Due to various Customs Regulations (Restrictions and Prohibitions) throughout the international community, I regretfully decline to ship outside of the United States at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Example: I don't refund based on color. If you would like to see a color sample for yarn, cloth, paint etc., contact me and we'll work something out.
Additional policies and FAQs
I work in many mediums including, but not limited to: cloth, wood, hand-gathered natural materials, wax, metal, paint, pen and ink and paper.

I use recycled materials as often as possible.

I have been sewing since I was nine years old. I have made many costumes and articles of clothing for myself and others through the years. I've been making jewelry using metals, beads and hand-gathered natural materials since the early 1980's and I have made wooden bird houses, boxes, chests and cabinets since the mid-1980's.

I also make wreaths and garlands all from personally hand-gathered materials.

I welcome custom orders, so please feel free to contact me with your ideas.
