5 out of 5 starsThis was a special order for my little brother, he lost the first one, she remade and added an additonal special touch, he said "It's Perfect" with love and hearts when he received it and it was perfect timing, it came on his birthday!!! We miss our Mom and what a special way to remember her, Great Customer service!!!

This personalized order has been immediately manufactured according to the clients wishes and shipped within 25 hours after ordering. There can't be any better service for an item to be made in the first place. The shipping times are beyond my control. The order can be tracked easily and is still moving in transit. The client opened a case on Etsy, which she lost hands down. She knew about delays caused by increased Xmas shipping volumes and an ongoing Covid-19 pandemic affecting times substantially. She started an unreasonable rude argument shifting all the blame on me, while she failed to order early enough and reckon in the difficulties. Is there a worse example of a toxic revenge feedback than this? I did everything perfectly right only to get a revenge review for shipping which is beyond my control.

This item has been received by the buyer just a day later. From the tracking, she could have seen that the delivery was imminent the next day. I asked the client several times to change her review accordingly, but to no avail. This personalized order has been immediately manufactured according to the clients wishes and then shipped without delay after ordering. There can't be any better service for an item to be made in the first place. The shipping times are beyond my control. I did everything perfectly right only to get a lame review about an item that the client not even saw in person for shipping which is beyond my control.

According to tracking, this order has been delivered. The buyer opened a case with Etsy claiming the item did not arrive and lost the case. Etsy acknowledged the item as being delivered according to all evidence. Now, the buyer leaves a bad review as revenge trying to damage my reputation with 5 star reviews everywhere. I was always professional and factual in any interaction with the buyer, never rude or unhelpful.
