Color and quality of feathers not consistent with picture

Really unfortunate that Kingsley decided not to contact me about this situation. For the record - the color and feathers was accurate and the correct color. I have sold many Juju hats and this was in fantastic condition, maybe someone is color blind. I have never had a bad experience on Etsy - except for this! Kingsley obviously doesn't know how to communicate since she didn't email me to handle this situation and left a negative review without talking to me.
