Noel Fales and ARC WooDS is a collaborative Etsy shop. We bring to you everything from live-edge shelving units to hand stitched accessories.
CUSTOM SIZING is welcome. All items except for vintage clothing are made to order, and each item is made just for you!
Any requests or questions are welcome.
We hope that you enjoy the time, effort, and love put into each of the items in this shop. Each piece reflects its own character and essence, and we wish for you to cherish something that has been designed and made by our two (four!) hands.
---We strive to ship within a 2 week time frame.
---We try to make the colors in our photographs match the true colors of the item. But, cameras and computer monitors can impart certain tints to the pictures, so if you have ANY questions about items please do not hesitate to ask.
Paypal accepted only.
Please note that you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay with your Visa/Mastercard through Paypal.
Payment must clear before items are made. If payment is not received within 2 days of order, the order will be cancelled.
****PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS- please note that a 6% sales tax will be charged on all items other than clothing.*****
For all custom orders, payment is due up-front upon order. This is non-refundable.
For woodworking custom orders, payment plans on larger orders are negotiable.
FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS.
-For fabric and small goods, our window for shipment is 2 WEEKS.
-Custom orders will take more time.
Large furniture items (mirrors, chairs, tables, stands) usually require special shipping and more time, and will likely be sent through FEDEX. See product information for applicable shipping rates, and contact for more information.
Insurance is a wonderful thing! If you would like insurance please request it upon purchase so the shipping cost can be adjusted.
***We try to clarify discrepancies in shipping addresses (Etsy/Paypal). If we do not hear back from you about these clarifications, shipment will be to the address given on PAYPAL***
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
International shipping for large furniture items (mirrors, chairs, tables, stands) can get expensive. Please contact us for a quote.
Most Fabric and small goods will be shipped USPS First-Class International.
-There is no tracking or delivery confirmation available for First Class. ****Once the package is shipped, we are not accountable for lost packages.****
-If you would like to pay extra shipping fees for Priority mail (tracking + delivery confirmation) for safer delivery, please let us know before purchase so that we can add the extra shipping cost to the item.
-We do not mark packages as gifts, and are not accountable for any customs fees, taxes, duties, etc... that may be incurred through your countries regulations.
-***If you are ordering multiple pieces, they may be shipped individually and in envelopes to keep shipping costs down.***
Refunds and Exchanges
We certainly hope that everyone loves their items, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us before leaving feedback. We may be able to fix the problem.
Fabric and small goods can be refunded/exchanged, minus all shipping charges.
***Exceptions are mentioned below****
The item must be postmarked within 3 DAYS of receipt. We will not issue a refund until the item has been received in purchase condition, and in original packaging. Again, insurance is a wonderful thing!
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit without insurance. If something does happen, please let us know and we will try and work something out on an individual basis.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICY
***Large furniture items (mirrors, chairs, tables, stands) are not returnable/exchangeable due to large material consumption and handling required to execute the piece.
***Custom order items are not returnable/exchangeable. (This means any item that has been made to fit your exact measurements).
***International sales are not returnable/exchangeable.
***Sale items are not returnable/exchangeable.

Due to the nature of custom orders, there will typically be extra charges incurred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CARE OF GARMENT
VINTAGE/RENOVATED FABRIC GARMENTS.
-Vintage pieces are all cleaned upon purchase.
-Vintage Pieces are thoroughly looked over before sale. Condition of garment and any found faults will be mentioned.
-If known, the original maker of the garment will be mentioned.
-If the garment has been altered in ANY way, the piece will say
-If known, the original "care" of the garment will be mentioned- otherwise dry-cleaning or hand-washing in cold water with a gentle cleanser is suggested. Lay flat or hang dry for best sustainability.
HAND-MADE FABRIC GARMENTS and WOODWORKING
-Instructional care will be sent with the item.
