With my current workload I'm figuring right now the cut off for domestic orders to be received by Christmas is December 15th with regular shipping, December 20th with expedited (+$10). Thank you so much for supporting my shop!

I have been getting quite a few requests for orders that need to be shipped overnight, or within a two day period. I try to accommodate as best I can but in order to not compromise on the quality and to be fair to the people whose orders have been received first, I've decided I need to change my policy for expedited purchases.
First, please note, that although it says that I have these items in stock, each necklace is made from scratch when an order is received. The bare minimum I need to complete an order is two days. If I have a heavy workload, which is currently the case (and I expect to be the case until after the holiday season) I ask that you message me for an estimate about what I'm realistically able to do regarding speeding up the timeline of the creation process.
If you do request an expedited order, right now I'm not charging anything additionally for work time, but I do ask that you purchase a faster shipping method so it doesn't fall entirely on my speed to have it delivered to you by the date you've requested.

From the USPS website the prices are:
Within the US: $8 (1-3 days), $28 (1 day)
Canada: (I need to look these up to quote, it will be somewhere in between the US prices and the international prices)
Outside of the US: $24 (6-10 days/not guaranteed), $45 (3-5 Days/guarenteed)

Currently, I accept paypal and credit card as the only automatic forms of payment. However, if you are interested in an item and would like to pay by an alternative method (money order, check, etc.), feel free to message me to set up the payment payment. Items won't be shipped until payment is received and cleared, however, if you message me I can begin working on the item so that it is ready to ship as soon as possible.


For most orders I ask that you give me 2 weeks handling time, as most items I make to order. It normally takes me less than that but I don't want to sacrifice quality for speed.

Standard domestic shipping is USPS, First Class Mail. If you need an item sooner message me after your purchase and I will change the shipping price accordingly For most international shipping options, it's important to note that tracking may only be available up until the point it leaves the United States.

Once your item has been shipped we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the postal system. Shipping insurance is available upon request. Please note that during the holidays customs can cause significant delays which are out of my control.


I ship all international orders to the address filed with the order on Etsy.

Starting July 28th 2013 Delivery Confirmation is available for the following countries Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland. This is not full tracking and your package may not get scanned along the way.

Your package can take 10 days to as long as 7 weeks to arrive to you after shipped. The average time is 14 days. I have not had lost a item yet, but it can take longer if your package gets held up in customs. A package is not considered lost until 7 weeks has past.

I do not mark "gift" on the customs form. This is breaking the law, and I could be severely penalized.

TAX/VAT/DUTIES : Sometimes your country may charge you a duty fee or VAT tax, that you will be responsible to pay. I will not refund these fees that your country may charge. I will also not refund shipping on items returned to sender for refusal to pay this tax since I already paid the original postage.

PLEASE NOTE if your package does not have any updates past New York do not be alarmed. Your package is on the way. The post office does not always scan international first class packages after they leave the destination post office.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to describe all items to the best of my ability and I am happy to send more pictures upon request.

As each necklace is made to order, I don't accept returns. However, I firmly believe that you should NEVER receive a damaged item. If an item arrives damaged message me and I will arrange for you to send it back (and I will refund your shipping cost). If it can be fixed I will fix it, if not I will make you a new one.

If an item you've purchased from me breaks at any point after you've received it, I am always happy to repair it (if possible) providing that you send it back and pay for the return shipping.
