Back in 2017 we started our food blog and journey to help spread the word about new restaurants, incredible hole-in-the-walls, mouth-watering recipes, and everything in between. How long will it take for my package to arrive? How much does shipping cost?

** Due to COVID 19 and the shelter in place order, our printing partner is experiencing delays with clothing orders. We've been informed that orders will ship out 12-18 days after being processed **

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, as well as the shipping cost, may vary. All of our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every item variation available.

How do I track my package?

You will get an email once your order ships and you can check in your Etsy account for your shipping information, as well. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please use the contact form to reach out.

What If I made a mistake on my order?

Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window in which orders can be edited prior to production and fulfillment. Once your order is sent to production, it is final and cannot be cancelled or changed.

You are solely responsible for providing the correct name, shipping address, and billing information during the checkout process. If you input an incorrect address and you do not receive your order, we are not responsible or liable for the lost package, and no reimbursement will be made.

I need to cancel my order

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period, but once production begins, it is final and we cannot cancel or offer a return.

Refunds

We only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective to the point where it is unusable. In these cases we can review your issue to determine if you qualify for a refund. Please use our contact form and our support team will be happy to look into it.

Returns

All items are manufactured and printed upon order creation, and because of this, all sales are final and they are non-returnable since we do not keep an inventory. Exchanges

All of our items are printed to order, meaning we do not keep an inventory. Because of this, all sales are final and we cannot offer exchanges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.
