What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Custom orders up to 3 business days after payment and all the information have been received. For instance, if size, font or any text is missing, your order will be delayed.
Why can’t I download my custom order?
Custom orders are not instantly downloadable. They need to be made by a human (me). This can take up to 3 business days (see turnaround time above).
Where can I download my files?
To download your files, please visit www.etsy.com/your/purchases and click on purchases and then download files.
Where can I locate my custom order?
Your custom order will be sent directly to the email associated to your Etsy account AFTER you have approved your file. This is an email directly from nonawallart@gmail.com, not from Etsy.
Why is my file blurry?
All files from this shop, including custom orders, would print at the highest quality if you follow the printing instructions attached to your order.
These are the main reasons why your file would print blurry:
1. Enlarging a file
2. Saving a file to your phone
3. Uploading a file from your phone to a printing site
4. Forwarding a file from your phone
Can I receive more than one size for a custom order?
Yes, but you would need to purchase an additional size (add-on).

Can I send more than one photo for a watercolor order?
No, only one photo per order. I do not use different angles or photos to create an image. You would have to choose one photo and that's the one that I would use to create your custom order.
Can you remove objects from an image?
In most cases.
If the object is blocking the main photo that you want me to do, then no, I would not remove it. However, if it's a small sign, a garbage can, etc, I would do it at no extra cost. If it's a car blocking the driveway, you would need to order an add-on for that.

Can you add objects to an image?
Sometimes I do, but you would need my approval first.
I could add blue skies, green grass, and small flowers, but that depends on individual requests, and you would need an add-on for this as well.
