Turn around time for applique onesies & shirts is 1 week (usually less).
Turn around time for buttons is 1 week.
Turn around time for bumpers is 4-6 weeks.
Turn around time for bags is 2 weeks (usually less).
Turn around time is from payment to shipping. Please allow additional time for shipping.
If the item purchased needs to be delivered by a certain date (sometimes I forget my mom’s birthday, too!!), just let me know! I can be realistically accommodating.
Why do you have a turn around time?
Every aspect of Nona’s Market is completely operated by me in my free time. I am a wife and stay at home mom to a little boy, so I already have a very busy schedule. I try to set an honest turn around time that allows me plenty of time to complete orders.

What are your shop hours?
Nona’s Market products are available for purchase 24 hours a day. You can contact me Monday through Saturday via convo or email at nonasmarket [!at] gmail.com, & I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours. I take Sundays off to spend time with my family, but I will respond on Monday.
Where do I put my customization information when placing an order?
During the check out process on Etsy you will see a box that allows you to leave a comment for the sellers. This is where you need to enter the customization information. Please make sure you enter all the requested information, this will help me in getting your order processed.

What do I do if I am having trouble making a payment?

Will you accept Money Orders?
Yes I will accept a money order but I request that you contact me first for approval.
I ship all packages through United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Please allow 5-7 days for your package to arrive after it has been shipped.
Can I upgrade to a faster shipping?
Yes, For an additional fee of $3 shipping can be upgraded to USPS Priority 2-3 day Mail or for an additional fee of $18 shipping can be upgraded to overnight Express Mail. Let me know if you would like a shipping upgrade and I can set up a reserve listing for you that includes the additional charges.
Please note that I ship to the address confirmed by Paypal. Please be sure that your desired shipping address is reflected in your Paypal account.
How will my purchase be packaged?
Onesies will be rolled with brown paper, a doilie, and jute.
Buttons will be in a mini-cupcake paper, tied with jute.
What if my purchase is a gift?
If the item is a gift or you need it shipped to a different address, please contact me with the preferred shipping address.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally. Rates are available in each listing.
International Customers- Listings include the USPS Priority Flat Rate price. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
Canadian customers- Listings include USPS First Class Mail rates. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
yes. However, keep in mind that the product you are ordering is hand-made. The “imperfections” are what makes it charming. All appliques are hand-cut and sewn on by a basic sewing machine (or hand-stitched, if the listing specifies). All buttons are made by me... not a mold. Kneaded, pressed, holes poked: all by me! They will not look “machine- made.” If you are unhappy with your product once it reaches your doorstep, please convo or email me at nonasmarket [!at] gmail.com.

Additional policies and FAQs
Onesies are made mostly by Gerber and some by Carters. The specific listing will not which brand is being used. If you are concerned about the sizing of a shirt please contact me and I will send you specific measurements.
How can I order more than 1 of an item?
If you would like to purchase more than 1 of a specific item all you need to do is send me a message letting me know the item and quantity you would like and I will increase the quantity for you... not a problem!
How should I wash and care for Nona’s Market clothing?
I recommend that all products are washed in cold water with like colored items on delicate cycle and air dried... However, after intense research on 3 highly recommended fabric adhesive (one onesie. 6 unstitched fabrics. three adhesives. 20 loads of laundry.), I have found that they should be totally fine in the washer/dryer. All fabrics are pre-washed and dryed with Dreft baby detergent.
How will the fabric be placed for my applique design?
Each item is individually made so fabric placement will vary on each item giving your design a one of a kind look.
What color thread will be used?
If you have a preference for the thread color used to create your applique or monogram please let me know in the comments section of your order, if not thread color will be selected at designers choice to compliment the fabric.
Do you accept Wholesale Inquiries?
