Welcome Noodlefish Overflow.

I make and sell button jewellery and accessories. My work can be found here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Noodlefish
I've managed to acquire quite a button collection and sadly am unable to use them all, so I've decided to open this second shop to sell my unused buttons and other crafts materials.

Returns and exchanges
I am sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if your are unhappy for any reason and wish to return it please contact me straight away via my email account or through Etsy to discuss a refund/exchange. I will refund the cost of the item(s), however, all shipping costs (original and return) are non refundable. Before considering returning a purchase please do contact me as I may be able to help you without you having to post the item back.
Payment
Must be received within 7 days of buying the item. If after 7 days payment is not received the item will be relisted.

UK Customers: I accept PayPal and personal cheques.

Overseas Customers:I accept PayPal only.
I only ship to the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands,New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United States.

Shipping
I always give a discount on postage for multiple purchases paid for at the same time. All items are well packaged and posted in padded or hard back envelopes. I dispatch within 3 days of payment clearing, please allow time for cheques to clear.

UK Customers
I post by R.M.1st class and obtain a certificate of posting.

Overseas Customers
All items are posted airmail.
It can take several days for delivery, please allow 1-4 weeks for items sent by standard Airmail.

All customs, duty and international taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages that are refused due to duty and customs fees will not be refunded.
