Returns and exchanges
Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Refunds are not given if order is not received by requested date due to USPS issues beyond the control of seller. Orders will always be shipped in time to be received by the USPS expected delivery date, however as USPS does not guarantee their delivery dates seller cannot guarantee delivery dates either. Refunds are not given if a package is returned to seller after being deemed undeliverable at address provided by buyer- package can be reshipped to corrected address if buyer covers cost of shipping.
Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days of being placed (unless otherwise discussed with buyer) and are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail (though may sometimes be shipped via FedEx or UPS). Although Priority Mail is very reliable, ship time is not guaranteed. If you require your order by a specific date it is recommended that you message with a request for UPS or FedEx shipping so that delivery dates can be guaranteed and shipping rates adjusted if necessary.

It brings me great joy to make my customers happy- I pride myself on quick shipping and a quality product. Images for listed items are photos taken by me of products I have made. I will always do everything I can to make sure your order has the same appearance as the photo provided. Colors can vary slightly from batch to batch but will always closely resemble pictured product.
