These turned out better than I ever could have even imagined!! Malissa and Erin were wonderful to work with and delivered the product exactly as I requested. The quality was consistent throughout the order and it was the best Christmas card I've ever sent out! I've received so many comments on them!!

Hello and welcome to Nori Paper Co. We are so happy you found us! We are Malissa and Erin, friends, jewelry sharers, scarf swappers, and paper enthusiasts. Malissa is a grey & mustard-yellow gal with a swoopy side part. Erin is a navy & copper lady with a giant top knot. We have yet to pull the trigger on red lipstick.

We created Nori Paper as an opportunity to use our clever little fingers to make beautiful things just for you. Got paper? We want to make it lovely!

Hello and welcome to Nori Paper Co. We are so happy you found us!


We’d love to chat with you! Send us a message to start the process, include the size of your guest list, envelope details (size, material, color), the date of your wedding, and the date you’d like your order complete and in your hands. Then we will create a custom order for you to purchase in our Etsy shop.

After you have purchased your custom listing through Etsy, email us your typed guest list EXACTLY as you'd like it written (St. versus street, Ms. versus Missus, TX versus Texas, etc.). Then mail us your envelopes. Please include 20% extra envelopes to account for human error.

Once we receive both the guest list and envelopes we will get to work! You will receive an email confirmation that your envelopes have made it safely to us!

Upon completion, we will neatly package the finished product, mail it back to you, and send you a shipping confirmation.

Once they arrive, stuff those babies, send ‘em out, and WOW your guests!

:: TIMING ::

Hand-Lettered Envelopes: Please allow us 10 business days to complete your order, once your envelopes and guest list have been received at our studio. We will send a confirmation email when we have everything we need to get to work, and another email with tracking information once we ship your goodies. If we are purchasing your envelopes for you, please allow 10 business days once we receive your guest list.

Hand-Lettered Art Prints: Please allow us 5 business days to complete your order. We will send an email with tracking information once we ship your goodies.

Hand-Lettered Greeting Cards: Please allow us 5 business days to complete your order. We will send an email with tracking information once we ship your goodies.


Your finished product comes beautifully wrapped and adorably washi taped. We then carefully pad and package it for a peaceful and safe journey from our studio to your home.

Nori Paper Co. accepts payment via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards. Please ensure that you complete the payment process. You will receive an order confirmation when your purchase has been successfully made.

Nori Paper Co. ships our products via USPS Priority Shipping which includes a tracking number that will be provided to you upon shipping. Please allow the post office 1 to 3 business days for delivery.

We ship anywhere within the United States. Nori Paper Co does not ship internationally at this time.

We are glad to accommodate specific shipping requests (rushed shipping, insurance, shipping via UPS or FedEX); additional charges for those services will be incurred by the customer.

We also provide envelope stuffing and mailing services. See info below or message us for details.

Nori Paper Co is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail. In the rare event that something does happen, please contact us so we can work together to find a solution.
Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns. If, however, upon receiving your product, you are dissatisfied with the quality, please let us know. We will do our best to make it right. We stand by our work and want you to love it too!

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. If your print has not been started or less than 10% or your envelopes addressed, we can cancel your order.

In the case of a misspelling on your part, we will gladly fix it at minimal cost. In the case of a misspelling on our part, we will gladly fix it at no additional cost to you, with a thousand apologies.
Additional policies and FAQs

Nori Paper typically hand-letters envelopes that you purchase and send to us. That way they fit the exact style and theme of your wedding, party, occasion, etc. However, we’d be happy to purchase your envelopes for you. (Don't worry, we have great taste!) We typically purchase our high quality envelopes from Paper Source. Pricing usually runs between $3.00 to $4.00 per 10 envelopes, though prices may vary depending on size, etc. We charge you what we pay for the envelopes, no added fees.


Sending a print or some cards as a gift to a friend? How nice of you! Let us know in the “Notes to Seller” section at the time of purchase and we’ll gift wrap and send it to the address you specify at no additional cost.


Short on time? Let us help! For an additional fee of $0.20 per envelope we will stuff and send out your invitation suite for you! And since we're sending the finished product to your guests instead of you, shipping costs are based on first-class stamp prices, not flat-rate box prices. (Have a roll of pretty stamps you'd like us to use? How lovely! Please include enough postage to cover the cost of mailing all envelopes to your guest list.)
All items (invitations, RSVP cards, registry cards, stamps if applicable, etc.) to be stuffed in the final mailed envelopes must be sent to Nori Paper in advance. Please allow 10 business days for addressing, 1-3 business days for stuffing, and 1-3 business days for USPS first-class mail delivery.


We’d love to dream up new things with you! Want custom ink or envelope colors? Want matching hand-lettered place cards? Just ask! We’re here to simplify the process of planning your big day.
Custom prints and products include two proofs and two edits, meaning you can tweak it to perfection twice. If additional edits or proofs are required, additional costs will incur.


Adding a last minute guest to your list? Just email us at noripapercompany [!at] and we will happily hand-letter another envelope (at cost per envelope), so long as you’ve provided enough extra and your product has not yet shipped. If it has shipped, we can accommodate a rushed order and rushed shipping at additional cost.
Need your product shipped to a different address? Forgot to mention it before? Just email us at noripapercompany [!at] and we will gladly take care of it, so long as your product has not been shipped.
