Next to the order (or by scrolling down), select Download Files.
➤ If on an iPhone, once you locate your order, click the tiny grey arrow on the right side of the order, then scroll down to "download files".
● If you checked out as a 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. This email may have been filtered into your email spam / junk inbox, or Social and Promotions tabs through Gmail.
● Please be familiar with your computer or device and where downloads are saved to.
● PLEASE download your files to save on your computer or device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from my cloud storage within 6 months, to free up space for new artwork.

Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account".
Go to "Purchases and reviews".
Next to the order, select Download Files.
➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order.
This brings you to the Downloads page.

If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from my cloud storage within 6 months to make room for new designs.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Apple Pay Issue
If you paid via Apple Pay and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below.
When signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private.
In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address.
If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.
