Making a hobby into something everyone can love!

Hello, I am Wendy and a mother of 3 wonderful children. I have always loved crafting special gifts for my friends and family. It has been a dream of mine to make this more than just a hobby and now that my children are older I have the time to make those special moments for you and your family to love as much as I love making them.

My career before deciding to stay home with the kids was in customer service. I was a Store manager for Hallmark for many years. Anyone who works retail knows that it is very time consuming and I felt like I was missing out spending time with my children. Working as a store manager I know how to make customers happy and provide great customer service. I also expect that products should be quality, and at a great price, so that is what I try to create. I will never sell anyone anything that I would not be willing to buy myself.

How do I wash my shirt?

For long lasting wear

-wash the shirt inside out in cold water with a mild detergent.

-Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

-Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or dry clean.

-Do not iron directly on design.

Refunds and Exchanges

Custom orders are not returnable because of the personalized, made-to-order nature of customized items.

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 days upon receiving your items.



How do your shirts fit?

Unisex sizes are soft, light and boxy fit. They will be longer then a normal womens fit shirt. If you would prefer a womens shirt please message me before placing your order. Since every person is different, it is a hard question for me to answer for your sizing. I do recommend measuring your favorite shirt to help with sizing.

What are your current production times?

Each item is made custom just for you when you order, so the current production time is 3-5 business day. This is subject to change based on current order volume. With holidays seasons production times may increase.

If you need your item sooner then the standard production time then add the rush order upgrade to your order. This will shorten your processing time, but not the shipping time. The only way your ship date can move up sooner is to purchase the Rush My Order upgrade.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are an ESTIMATE only and may increase during holiday seasons or from unexpected delays.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. First class mail takes an an additional 3-5 business days. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days(Domestic only).

Be sure the address you submit under your order is verified, an incorrect address will result in the item(s) being returned. If this happens additional shipping charges to resend the item(s) will be the customers responsibility!

We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS.

PLEASE NOTE - International shipping can be affected greatly by customs in your country. We have no control over this! It could add up to two weeks to clear customs.

Custom and personalized orders

Once we receive an order, we take the customer's instructions & create a mock up and send for approval. IT IS VERY important for the customer to scrutinize and ensure the mock up is 100% accurate. Once we receive approval the item is put into production. If approved incorrectly it is the customer responsibly to repurchase a new item.

The avg production time on custom items start once all the information for order is received. If anything is missing, we will attempt to contact you through Etsy. We contact every customer multiple times, but we do understand life happens. We will push the ship date only once and by 2 days. If we still don't have an approval after the initial period and the 2 day period, then we ship per original mockup.

My package is going to an old address, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once an item is shipped the postage has been purchased and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website with your tracking number to see if you can intercept your package.

What if my package says delivered but I don't have it in hand, but my shipping address is correct? What are my options?

The first action is to contact your local post office immediately and open up a claim to find your lost package. We cannot assist in this as the situation is out of our hands once we drop the package off with the post office.

If you want a new item, it must be purchased new and go through the normal process again.

Do you check spelling on order requests?

NO. We do a copy/paste of the message you provide us so that we don't make changes to your request.
It is absolutely imperative that you ensure the spelling is correct on your request before submitting. You do have one more opportunity to make sure your message will be correct when we send over a mock up to you. If you approve the mock up with the spelling provided in your message, then that is what we are going to use.
If after the fact you find the spelling is incorrect, but we used a copy/paste and you approved the mock up, you would need to purchase a new item to get the spelling to be corrected.
