Refunds and Exchanges
If you order an item and are unhappy with it, notify us within two weeks and send the item back to us. We will be happy to refund your money. We will not accept items back that you have broken. If the item was damaged in shipping, please send the item back to us, along with pictures of the box the item was shipped in. We will refund your purchase.

All items should be fairly durable. I will be happy to repair free of charge any beaded items that wear out within one year. After that, I would be more than happy to negotiate repair of the item with you. Any other items that experience general wear and tear during the initial year can also be repaired by us free of charge.

These are just general guidelines. If you feel like your situation warrants special attention please let me know and I will be happy to work out a solution with you. My goal is to make my customers happy. I believe that my items are high quality and if you are dis-satisfied my primary concern is rectifying the situation.
