Why haven't I received my order yet?
We are in living in a pandemic and more people are ordering online. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Prior to the Christmas rush, letter mail delivery times were approximately 10 business days, within Canada. Please plan accordingly and allow for more time for delivery if you're ordering on/after Black Friday (November 26).
If you need an order by a certain date, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.

Do you refund postage overages?
Yes, I refund postage overages, IF THEY EXIST. I'm always trying to better estimate my shipping and adjust initial costs accordingly. Every sheet of faux leather has a different weight so it makes estimating shipping very difficult.

I don't like the colour/pattern of my faux leather, can I get a refund?
I only refund damaged product. I do my best to accurately represent the colour and pattern in the listing so please look at all the pictures and read the product description. I will not refund if the pattern/colour isn't what you want. If you have a question, please ask :)

No, the sheets arrive pre-cut from my supplier but please contact me if you have further questions regarding this.
