Ordered this on Oct.2 and never received it. The seller lied about shipping it and then ignored all of my messages. She totally let me down this Halloween season. If you cannot honor to the 4-5 day processing time, then list 4-5 week or month processing time, but be honest. Or close up the shop if you can't deliver.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed & shipped. Orders are followed up with tracking information when shipped, for your convenience.
Shipping insurance & expedited shipping can be purchased optionally by sending me a personal message after checking out.

I value my international customers! Close to one-third of my customers reside outside of the US. Please be advised, however, that the US international postal system does not provide any type of international tracking at this time. it can take as much as 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive, if you are located outside of the US.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are not accepted unless the item has been grossly misrepresented in the listing in terms of condition or size.

***The following are NOT valid reasons for returns:***

1) Failing to check measurements in the listing for accurate sizing.
(Vintage sizes are not always accurate or the same as modern sizes. Measurements are given on vintage items to ensure accuracy in fit PRIOR to purchasing.)

2) Item lost or damaged in the mail.
(Shipping insurance is optional for all purchases, tracking number is provided after shipping on all packages.)

3) Buyer's remorse

4) Returning an item after one-time use.
(Many vintage items are purchased for their seasonal nature, as formal attire or as part of a costume or for a special occasion. For the same reasons that most formal wear & costume stores don't accept returns, to minimalize returning an item after one-time use, my policy is the same.)

5) Not allowing the above outlined processing/shipping time for an order to arrive.
(Right now, my processing time is 3-5 business days. I'm a stay at home mother of three in addition to being an Etsy shop owner! As my fellow parents will understand, they come with their own schedules and demands. Unfortunately, I have had occasional customers who, although informed in the listing of my shop's processing time, have waited to close to an event deadline to order an item, and then expected a refund when not receiving the item "in time." I am willing to rush your order as quickly as possible if you send me a personal message giving me your order deadline. Expedited shipping and overnight shipping is also optional for purchase.)

The majority of my customers are satisfied ones, and many come back to my shop frequently!
I want you to have a positive experience with my shop, as a small business owner - that is important to me. I have had to tighten up and specifically define my return policies due to some buyer's demanding refunds for one of the above reasons, and threatening me with or subsequently leaving negative retaliatory feedback as grounds for a refund, despite the error not being a shop/listing error.

Additional policies and FAQs
Many of the items in my shop for sale are vintage. Vintage is defined as items that are 20 or more years old. Unless the item is described as "new", "never used", "like new condition" or having "no condition issues", then it's condition details are described in the listing. The nature of vintage items are that they are aged and usually in imperfect condition. Please be aware of this in all your vintage shopping, not just in my shop ;)
