This seller is extremely communicative, professional and believes in top-notch customer service. I had issues with the delivery of my product and they bent over backwards to make it right. The item itself is good but not great. I don't mind that it is made in China but the attention to detail is lacking as there are many exposed nails where the branches meet the frame. Fortunately, I have it displayed up high (in my mud room above a set of coat hooks) so the defects are not noticeable.
