Holy cow, what customer service. I purchased this amazing kit for my husband as a Christmas gift and our pup unfortunately got to enjoy it before we did (pro tip, don’t wrap and leave it under your Xmas tree if you have a dog). We had to contact the seller to get more specific information about the kits contents for our call to the pet poison control line and not only did the seller call us back right away, but he went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed and offered to send us another kit free of charge. You don’t see this type of hospitality, kindness and customer service very often and we are so immensely grateful. Our dog and we give this seller and product a 5 star review. (Pup is going to be just fine). We will be customers for life!
