Welcome to the NostalgicBaby store, where each item is hand crafted by us in our shop. Each wedding garter, hat, vest, and shoe is created with love, care, and attention to details. Custom orders are welcome. Thanks for visiting Nostalgic Baby Couture; we like to add our latest creations often, so please visit us again soon.

Accepted payment methods

Forms of payment accepted: PayPal and credit card payments only. Credit card customers, please pay via Paypal (no Paypal account required).

Payment is required within 3 business days of placing order.

Payments received via "Echeck" through Paypal will not be shipped until payment clears, usually 3-8 business days after the transaction. WA State residents will be charged sales tax.

Cancellations are accepted prior to my shipping of your order. Please contact me if you need to cancel an order and I will initiate the Etsy cancellation process.

Please e-mail or convo me if you are unhappy with your purchase and allow me the opportunity to replace the item.
Packaging: Every item is carefully packaged and/or gift wrapped and placed in a gift box and/or weather resistant plastic bag, so they get to you in perfect condition.

Is the item a gift? I will be happy to include a personalized message and gift card at no extra charge, just let me know in the comments to seller section at check out, or contact me before you purchase.

We always ship to the address in Etsy, NOT Paypal. If you want an item shipped to the Paypal address, make sure it matches the one written in the Etsy check out. Please make sure your address is correct.

If an item is returned to me for a bad address where it is the purchaser's mistake, I will require additional payment to ship it to the correct address.

I ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment, unless I am working on a large, or custom order, for you. Please note: items will not be shipped until payment has been made in full. If you are paying via Echeck through Paypal, please add 3-8 business days to delivery times.

Our standard shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, with tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS estimates 3-5 business days for delivery.

If you desire shipping to any other country, please contact me for rates and terms.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me with any concerns. As a valued customer, I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! If my product does not meet your expectations because of faulty craftsmanship, or materials, please convo me ASAP with any questions or concerns. No refunds… however I will be glad to exchange your item for one of the same size, style and color, as long as it is first returned to me in brand new, and unworn condition within 10 days of receiving it. The package must be securely wrapped, clearly addressed, and postmarked within 72 hours after receiving it.

I will gladly rework the product, however, if a sizing mistake was inadvertently made on YOUR part, for $10 plus all shipping, and handling upon your return of the first unused product, postmarked within the 48 hours. Custom orders are made specifically to your sizing, and so I have limited supplies of materials, and time, so I will need to charge this modest fee to remake, or make changes to them.

Common return policy for exchanges is that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. Please return first class mail using the same box and contents with postal "Delivery Confirmation" so that we can both track the package. Please verify your shipping address prior to placing an order. Shipping includes delivery confirmation, as we will not be responsible for any late, lost or damaged mail by USPS. Once we drop your package off at the post office in a timely manner and is documented, we have no control of the item and the responsibility is out of our hands.
