It feels so personal and special, especially with the beautiful intentional designs it is like looking at a piece of art that is directly related to my cycle :) - I LOVE that there are options to print it in Booklet style as well :) As a neurodivergent woman, I’ve often felt shame or confusion around my hormones and cycle. This information has made me feel so seen and understood in a way I didn’t expect. It’s gentle, fun, and empowering. The information is insightful and I even shared it with my niece, who is also neurodivergent, and she found it just as helpful. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a supportive, affirming guide through their cycle. 💜
