Damages: We package our products to minimize any damage occurring, however, sometimes unforeseen damages do occur. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
Payment
Shipping
If you are purchasing additional printing services from us, please allow an extra time for completion. A proof will be sent to your email address within 24-48 hours for an accuracy check. Once you have approved the final proof, the project will go to the printer and then be shipped via USPS.
