Winter shipping is tricky, but I have it figured out! All live plant orders above 35$ will include a heat pack in the package to avoid frost damage. Do not allow any live plants from my shop to spend very long in an outdoor mailbox!

Shipping/Packaging
Most live plants will be shipped bare root, but certain individual plants may ship better with soil in a pot, so I will make that decision as I see best. Shipping bare root has many advantages- It saves weight for cheaper shipping and I can more carefully wrap the soilless plants to protect them during shipping.

COVID19 Precautions: We package and ship all orders while wearing masks and gloves. Be COVID19 smart!
Shipping/Packaging
For live plants: I usually get an order out with 2-5 days, although sometimes some plants need some preparation time before shipping. I do avoid shipping live plants on weekends avoid any delays in shipping, so that the shipping time is as short as possible, which helps keep the plants happy!
For seed/misc. only orders: I ship within 1-3 days and ship on weekends.
Shipping/Packaging
I re-use and recycle packing material from various sources, so expect to see a hodgepodge of packing material, that will protect the contents as much a possible. This includes re-used boxes. This is better for the environment, and keeps costs down, which I pass on down to you in the form of lower prices.
All seeds are shipped in airtight capped sterile 0.6 ml plastic centrifuge tubes, that guarantees the physical integrity of the seeds and makes handling the tiny seeds as easy as possible.
Shipping Disclaimer
Due to COVID, and politics, USPS may have some delays. I cannot be responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by USPS. If a package is lost, I will try to compensate you in some way. I cannot be responsible for damage during shipping. I offer heat packs to help avoid damage from the cold, and physical damage to any of my packages is very rare.
Disclaimer: Occasionally there is a defect with the USPS system where the packages don't appear to be scanned in for some days, even if the other packages shipped with it were scanned in properly. It usually sorts itself out with a bit of time, but can cause a delay.
