5 out of 5 starsI now have three tumblrs from this shop and they are all my absolute favourites! The spooky and horror themes are so good, and they are all so well made. The seller is really lovely and reaches out if there’s delays for any reason, so there’s zero stress with shipping times, etc. I would definitely recommend these to any of my horror loving friends ^-^

3 out of 5 starsDelivery was crazy fast!! It’s still pretty nice but I got the “normal” version and still had a wrinkle and a stain over the “S”.

Buyer never contacted me about any issues with the purchase. I reached out as soon as I saw that the buyer was not satisfied with his purchase and offered to provide a return label to send the item back and the option to receive a replacement or a full refund. The buyer declined all offers. The description of the "sale" version of this item was due to the dull color of the picture, not that the "normal" version was free of imperfections. All tumblers are handmade with paint, glue, vinyl, paper, and epoxy. The tumblers are not sublimation and will never always look exactly like another. Each tumbler is unique with its details and flaws. I apologized to the buyer and explained why the "sale" version was different from "normal" and tried to correct his dissatisfaction.
