Please reference each individual product listing for the most accurate product processing times. Most items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days, those requiring additional processing (such as cards with silver envelopes) require additional time and will be noted in those listing estimated arrival times. Please note that order ship in their entirety and will process by the slowest processing item date (for example, if a quick ship item and a personalized item are ordered together, they will process on the timeline of the personalized item).

In order to get your products to you as quickly as possible, Noticeably Noted frequently begins processing orders the same day in which they're placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours. Items that have been submitted for printing and/or shipped are not eligible for cancelation or reimbursement.

Please note that the shipping estimate on the listings is an estimate and does not guarantee arrival by a specific date. Due to postal delays in certain areas, there are larger delays from the postal service. If your order is significantly delayed (longer than 7 business days), please feel free to reach out and I will help you navigate the missing mail process. Please note, items in transit are not eligible for any reimbursement as the order will have been completed by Noticeably Noted.

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class mail have an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days depending on your location. USPS Priority mail orders have an estimated delivery of 2-4 business days. This does not include the time it takes to process your order (please see individual listings for current processing times), and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed- as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by USPS.

Due to significant postal delays worldwide, Noticeably Noted is no longer offering international shipping.

At this time, one shipping address per order is allowable. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders with relevant shipping information for each order.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please contact us via a private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional week in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.

If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be returned to our printing partner and ultimately destroyed. Please be sure to double check that you have correctly entered your address.

Yes, the Noticeably Noted logo is placed on the back bottom of cards in a very small font as to not distract from the beauty of your design.

No, in order to keep my turn-around times as fast as they are and my prices lower, I do not offer proofs with orders. If you would like to purchase a proof, please message me before placing an order. At peak times, proof services are not available.

When this happens, it typically either means that the postal carrier delivered it to the wrong address or that they marked it as delivered and didn't actually deliver it and it gets delivered the following day. Usually when a package is delivered, there's a GPS tracking as to where it was delivered in case it was taken to the wrong address.

Once a package enters the postal service system, Noticeably Noted no longer maintains the ability to control delivery details and the postal service is responsible for delivery services.

Due to the personalized nature of stationery products, most items are not eligible for return. Should your order arrive damaged or with any errors caused by Noticeably Noted, please notify us within 3 days along with photographs and we will replace the item as quickly as possible!
