I've adjusted my review to a five star because the seller ended up issuing me a refund. I didn't ask for one; they just did it and I think that is stellar customer service!

This item was perfect as I was planning on coloring it copper to match my own hair since it is human hair unfortunately because it has been already processed, coloring it was not going to work. This merchant was very understanding toward my concerns and agreed upon a return/refund process very promptly. PS. Excellent quality hair piece and light as a feather which was an other quality for my choice. Too bad it didn't work for me. Thank you
