Are your products fully 3D printed? 🧵
Most of my products use a 3D printed main body combined with other components where needed (for example, electronic modules, USB cables, small metal screws or inserts). All printed parts are modeled and produced by me in small batches. Electronics such as humidifier modules or charging boards are sourced from trusted suppliers and then integrated, wired, and tested in-house.
What materials do you use for 3D printing? 🧩
I primarily use high-quality PLA or similar thermoplastic filament suitable for desktop 3D printing. It’s lightweight, rigid, and works well for indoor desk accessories. For parts that need more flexibility or impact resistance, I may use alternative materials and will note that in the listing. All materials are chosen with indoor, everyday use in mind, not extreme outdoor environments.
Will I see layer lines or small surface imperfections?
Yes, fine layer lines are normal with FDM 3D printing. I tune my printers for clean, consistent layers, but these pieces are not injection-molded mass-production plastic. Small surface variations, slight texture, or minor artifacts can appear and are part of the 3D printed character of each item. I do inspect each piece and reject prints with major defects or functional issues.
Are your items safe to use on a desk with electronics? 💻
Yes – my designs are intended specifically for desk setups, often near computers, keyboards, and other electronics. That said:
For humidifiers, always follow basic safety practices:
Keep water away from open electronic boards and exposed plugs.
Place the unit on a stable surface and avoid overfilling the reservoir.
Don’t operate if the cord, plug, or module is damaged.
For charging docks and stands, ensure cables are routed in a way that doesn’t pull or strain the connector or device.
Use common sense care, just like you would with any small appliance or charging accessory.
Can I request a different color or minor customization? 🎨
In many cases, yes. If I have the filament color and it doesn’t require re-engineering the model, I can often print the same design in a different color or finish as a custom order. Minor adjustments—like slightly modifying cable passthroughs or tolerances—may also be possible.

How do I clean and care for my 3D printed item? 🧼
For general care:
Wipe surfaces with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth.
Avoid strong solvents, harsh cleaners, or high heat (for example, don’t put it in the dishwasher or near a heater/heat vent).
Keep away from open flames and very hot environments (like a closed car in direct sun), as high temperatures can warp 3D printed plastics.
For humidifiers, follow the cleaning instructions in the listing or insert (usually periodic emptying and gentle wiping of the reservoir and module).
Are these products suitable as gifts? 🎁
Definitely. Many of my designs are created with gift-giving in mind—they’re small, practical, and fit nicely into everyday life on a desk, nightstand, or shelf.
