About

Fantasy, Fandom, Steampunk-- and so much more.

I started my shop in August of 2013. I love making jewelry, but I can only wear so much of it at a time! So why not make jewelry for other people, too? I soon started to branch out into other accessories and art forms, but jewelry will always be my first love.

I've been creating original jewelry for years now and I'm excited to be making new items, such as high-quality essential oil scents and soaps, geeky pins, pagan-themed items and more! I'm always trying new things, and learning is forever.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
I can't offer returns or exchanges, since all fragrances (perfumes, soaps, etc.) are considered "bath and beauty" and once sent, they cannot be re-sold due to health reasons. Jewelry is all OOAK or custom-made; be sure you look carefully and read all descriptions before purchase! If you have any questions (ingredients, sizes, materials, custom options) don't hesitate to ask.

I DO offer free repairs on any jewelry that arrives damaged; simply contact me and ship it back (customer pays shipping here) within two weeks of receipt. Return shipping once your item is fixed will be free. Broken or leaking perfume can usually be replaced; send me a convo as soon as you receive your fragrances and take a picture of them if possible. I can usually send out a new bottle unless I'm completely out of that scent. Otherwise, if something is damaged beyond repair or you never receive it, I can refund you the purchase price.

Pins that never arrive or get eaten by the post are easily replaced; contact me and I'll send you a replacement for free with no shipping charge!
Payment
I can accept payments via credit card, Paypal, or Etsy Gift Certificate only. Sorry, but no cash, money orders, or checks.
Shipping
Shipping via standard USPS. If you want it sent faster or insured, contact me and I can give you a recalculated shipping cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
I sometimes do custom pieces if you have a good idea of what you want (drawings/examples help). Contact me and we can discuss it, and I will come up with ideas and price estimates for you!

Frequently asked questions
Why are your perfumes so pricey, and why don't you sell them internationally?

I mostly use high-quality essential oils in my scents. These materials can be VERY expensive-- essential oils like Indian sandalwood, rose, and amber can cost quite a lot for a tiny bottle! However, I make my perfumes on the strong side, so you don't need to use a lot-- a little dab goes a long way!

Liquids can't be shipped internationally (as the products could burst due to air pressure fluctuations on a plane). The post office will NOT accept liquids in international orders, and I'd hate for your perfumes to arrive broken! I'm very sorry for this inconvenience.

Soaps CAN be shipped internationally with no problems whatsoever. I can't always do singular custom soap orders, but suggestions for soap fragrances are always welcome!

I'd like to buy an item, but it says the shipping time is 1-2 weeks. Why is it so long?

I actually cannot drive, so I don't get to the post office as often as I'd like. I usually amass orders, then make the trip when I have a good pile of things waiting to ship. That said, if you need an order shipped faster-- for a birthday, holiday, event, etc.-- PLEASE let me know when you buy the item, and I'll do my best to get it in the mail ASAP.

What base do you use for your perfumes?

I use a base of 80-proof alcohol at this time. I've found that it carries the scent very well and is far less likely to go "off", or rancid, as some oils can. If your skin is sensitive to alcohol but there's a scent you're dying to have, contact me and we'll see if I can make you a personal bottle using sweet almond oil as a base for the essential oils instead. I cannot guarantee that I will always be able to do this, however, and the oil may change the fragrance slightly.

Can you make me (insert item here)?

Maybe! Depends on what you want, how complex it is, how expensive the materials are, how busy I am IRL, and where my skill level is at. I can't, for example, forge you a silver engagement ring or make you a suit of chainmail-- those just aren't in my skill sets. But if you have an idea for a pin, a jewelry piece, or something along those lines, drop me a convo and we can discuss it.

I never got my item! What can be done?

The U.S. Postal Service has a nasty habit of eating my packages. If you're in the continental US and your package still has not arrived after two weeks even though I marked it "shipped", contact me right away! I try to keep tracking numbers, just in case. If the USPS has eaten your package, I'll do my best to send you a replacement (or refund you, in the case of OOAK jewelry). International orders often take longer to get there, but if you think it's been too long, please let me know!

I have horrible allergies. Need I be concerned?

While my home and workspace has always been smoke-free, we DO have a resident doggie-- so if you're terribly allergic to dog fur or dander, please take this into account.

In the case of perfumes, it's always wise to do a spot-test. Dab a tiny amount somewhere on your inner arm; wait about 20 minutes. If you notice any redness or rash, definitely discontinue use! You may be allergic to one of the ingredients.

What's the difference between "essential oils" and "perfume oils"?

Essential oils are the real deal-- natural, pure scents usually derived from plants. "Perfume oils" or "fragrance oils" are synthetic. I absolutely will not compromise when buying available essential oils-- if I can get the genuine thing, I always will. Scents like sandalwood, cedar, amber, rose, spices, patchouli, and herbs will ALWAYS be genuine essential oils.

I only use synthetic perfume oils for scents that don't exist in real life-- for example, "rain" or "leather" or "ocean breezes" or "sun and sand". You can't distill a sunny beach, after all.

If you'd like to know which ingredients are essential oils and which are synthetic, just ask for a list and I'll be happy to let you know!

Are your fragrances/soaps vegan?

At the moment, absolutely yes! I don't use any animal-derived products. Soaps are made with plant-based glycerin, and scents like "leather" or "musk" are synthetic versions.

Should I ever use an animal-derived product (such as goat's milk soap base), the item will be CLEARLY labelled as such. If you're worried about any items, feel free to ask me if they're vegan!

Nothing is tested on animals, unless you count all the family members and friends I constantly make fragrances for! ;)
