I’ve bought from here before and the communication has always been really good. The shipping was a little late tho, I did have a time period I needed the shirt by and I bought it with more than enough time before that date, and it came literally the day before. I got it on time but the delivery date was expected 2 weeks earlier, I had to rush a bit to get the final details done. Not so much a big deal, just wish the delivery date was not so last minute

They were so helpful! We have ordered from them in the past, and their quality was so amazing that we had to order again this year! I'm new, so I had no idea that there was a bottom fabric until I received it. They were amazing and went above and beyond to send us new ones. Definitely will be ordering from them again (and making a note of the bottom fabric for the future!).
