The shipping time was very fast - it arrived 3 days after she posted up custom sell for me, and all three felt creations that I bought from Hydie were all so beautiful and well-made. I would definitely purchase from her again and I highly recommend her shop!

5 out of 5 starsHydie is honestly one of the most patient and pleasant sellers I had the opportunity to commission a request from. She was very attentive and understanding about my requests and always answered back to me promptly about the order status. She also went out of her way to accommodate me and I'm very grateful for all her help. The felted bird is also absolutely beautiful! There's so much care and attention that went into the creation that it's well worth every penny. It even comes in a cute little gift box! I would definitely recommend her to others and purchase from her again!
