It took many months to find and develop the right unique blend of microfiber that would clean an iPhone, Samsung Galaxy or iPad screen with minimal effort.
The microfiber used for cleaning glasses doesn't do much apart from moving the smudges around. You need a microfiber that is strong and soft, and won’t damage the protective layer of the screen. I love Apple products, but I just couldn't stand having a dirty screen, it looks bad!!
I created my range of iPhone and iPad cases to enhance the devices. I have a big respect for the Apple products. They are beautiful, and should remain beautiful. I just wanted to share my invention with other enthusiastic Apple users. I went into one of the Apples stores in London a few years ago and noticed all the iPhone and iPad screens on display were all smudged and dirty, just like my screens, and it's something I don't like to see. Apple made their products to be used as nature intended - naked, so my case protects the device when it's not being used, and then when you do want to use it, you slide it out of the case with a clean screen. Killing the bacteria is just an extra:). When you use the cases to protect your devices from the every day knocks and bangs of throwing your phone in your handbag, or putting it in your pocket with coins and keys, just to stop life chipping away at your screen.
For the busy-bees out there, we also have a case with a viewing window, to allow instant access to your texts and notifications.
To get the correct microfiber, which is stitched into the case, to clean the screen efficiently, was a very time consuming business. Apple advise there customers not to use any harsh chemicals on there screen, to avoid damaging the oleophobic coating. It wasn't just a case of using any old cloth. We also teamed up with Biocote, the antimicrobial experts, to give an added bonus to our cases. The Biocote is infused into the microfiber before it is stitched into the case. The germ killing properties of the Biocote lasts the life time of the case, even if you wash it. So not only do our cases protect your devices, but they protect you too.

Returns and exchange details
You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason. To return a product purchased from NueVue please send your intent to return or cancel to us any time prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s). If you ordered multiple products in the same order, please send your intent to return to us any time prior to the date 14 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product. You can notify us by sending an email to info [!at] nuevue.com. On receipt of your e-mail, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Indicating this number clearly on the packaging of the goods you are returning will help ensure that your returns are processed quickly.

Refunds
Once we receive the product we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 14 days.
If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the Antibacterial last ?
For the lifetime of the case. We infuse the same additive that the worlds leading hospitals use, into every fiber of the lining. There’s no leaching or dilution, so the Antibacterial works at 100% strength all the time.
How quickly does the lining destroy the Bacteria ?
Our additive is supplied by partner BioCote, and we start destroying nasty bacteria in seconds, and independent laboratory testing certifies our lining destroys 80% of microbes, in 15 minutes and 99.9% in 2 hours.
Does your case help protect against influenza ?
Yes our Partners (BioCote) additive has been tested and destroys influenza and other viruses, such as MSRA and microbes.
I keep reading that iPhones and iPad’s are dirtier than toilet seats, does your case protect against these germs.
We read the same articles, and yes we destroy the types of bacteria found on these devices including “Poop”, yes exactly, bacteria that’s been found on many devices. Our additive destroys the cell wall of the bacteria, so that it can’t reproduce and then dies.

All our Faux leather products are certified by both PETA and the Vegetarian Society for Vegans. We believe that we are unique in achieving these approvals and certifications.

Our cases are made to securely hold the device without any added cover etc. Some iPhone customers, in particular, like to use an additional Apple case/cover, please contact us and let us know which additional cover you have and it’s exact dimensions, and we’ll let you know if we have a case that will do this.
