CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Order cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours after purchase.

For digital products, cancellation is only possible if access, downloading or delivery of the digital content has not yet begun.

For physical products, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the 2-hour cancellation period because production or order processing may already have started. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Standard physical products

Unless a valid exception is clearly stated in the listing, consumers may withdraw from the purchase of a standard physical product.

The return policy applied to the listing allows the buyer to contact NumberNinjaDesigns and return the product within 30 days after delivery.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the listing description.

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, NumberNinjaDesigns will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional costs resulting from an upgraded or express delivery method are not refundable.

A refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. NumberNinjaDesigns may withhold the refund until the returned product or reliable evidence of return has been received.

Exchanges are accepted within the return period and are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an applicable refund will be offered instead.

3. Customised and personalised physical products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the buyer’s individual specifications or products that are clearly personalised.

This exception will be stated clearly in the relevant listing before purchase.

A product is not considered personalised merely because it is produced after an order is placed or because the buyer selects a standard size, colour or other standard option.

This exception does not limit the buyer’s rights if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the listing description.

4. Digital products

Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.

The consumer’s right of withdrawal remains available until delivery of the digital content begins.

Where the buyer has expressly consented to immediate delivery during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost, and the required confirmation has been provided through Etsy, the right of withdrawal ends when access, downloading or delivery of the digital content begins.

After delivery has begun, digital products cannot normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

This does not limit statutory rights where digital content is defective, inaccessible, materially different from the listing description or incompatible despite the compatibility information provided before purchase.

For technical problems, contact NumberNinjaDesigns through Etsy Messages and include the product name, device, software and a description of the problem.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If a physical or digital product is damaged, defective, incorrect, inaccessible or materially different from its listing description, contact NumberNinjaDesigns through Etsy Messages.

Photographs, screenshots or other information may be requested when reasonably necessary to assess and resolve the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or Etsy’s applicable buyer protection rules.

6. Optional model withdrawal form

Buyers may submit a withdrawal request through Etsy’s Help with Order function or through Etsy Messages. Use of the following form is optional:
