Nunn Better Design was created to bring style, sophistication & simplicity to the world!

One of NBD's mottoes are "Trying to make the world a better place visually one day at a time!"

With a degree in Graphic Design from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, also known as FIDM. Early on in Jen's career, while she was designing movie posters, books & product she designed custom invitations for family, friends & friends of friends on the side. Now she's bringing her designs to Etsy for all. She still does custom design, so don't be afraid to ask.

DESIGN POLICY

Any additional design fees are to be paid BEFORE receiving final printable file.

- If needed, up to 2 rounds of revisions are free of charge.
Each additional round of revisions will require a fee of $15.

- If needed, up to 2 rounds of color changes are free of charge.
Each additional color change will require a fee of $5

- Each round of font changes will require a fee of $5 (Unless otherwise noted in listing. May not be available in certain designs.)

- For orientation / size change, depending on the difficulty of reformatting the layout / design will require a fee of $5-15 (Unless otherwise noted in listing. May not be available in certain designs.)

**Please note every monitor and printer is color calibrated differently. Color may vary slightly from that seen on the screen. Paper type may also effect color.**

All inquiries and orders are handled via Etsy Convos & Email only. We do not accept phone calls at this time.

We will respond to your messages within 2 Business Days, unless on vacation mode, which will be posted on our storefront. In the event we are closed, we will contact you first business day of reopening.

HOW IT WORKS

PRINTABLE ORDERS:

1. Purchase the item's listing.

2. Submit all your text info into the "Note to Seller" section at checkout.

3. If your printable order requires a Photo
- Please send photo via Etsy Convo or email your photo submission to our email address at info [!at] nunnbetterdesign.com with your Etsy order number in the subject line.

4. Once all information and payment has been received we will begin working on your first proof.

5. We will send you a proof within 5 business days of receiving payment. At that time we ask that you review the proof for any errors.

6. After you have approved the proof we will send your finalized order by email within 1-2 business days.

You will receive your 1st proof usually within 5 business days once payment is received and all information needed is provided. You then have the choice to approve the design or send back any revisions. If changes are requested, we will make the revisions and then send you a 2nd proof usually within 3-5 business days. Once you're happy with everything and approve the design, you will receive your digital file(s) usually within 1-2 business days after final approval is given.

For an additional round of changes / proofs please allow 3-5 business days for each round.

NO REFUNDS OR REVISIONS CAN BE MADE AFTER THAT TIME. ••

Should you decide to revise your design after final approval and/or receiving your final PDF, you will need to provide us with all the requested changes and you will be invoiced for the current listing price.

PRINTABLE FILES

You will receive your design in a PDF file usually within 1-2 business days after final approval is given via email or Etsy Convo. No physical item will be shipped.

All PDFs will be design to print on a US Letter (8.5"x11") unless otherwise noted in listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges on any of our products once you have approved your final proof.

Your design files will be deleted from our storage after 30 days.
We will not have the ability to change, revise or resend your order after 30 days have passed.

After approval of your proof, your sale will be final.
No refunds or revisions can be made after that time.

Should you decide to revise after final approval you will have to purchase the listing again and provide us with all the information you will like to appear on your design.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order after making a purchase, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. If we have not started customizing your order we will gladly issue you a full refund. If we HAVE started customization we will be unable to issue a refund.


CUSTOM ORDERS:

1st 50% paid up front is non-refundable If a cancellation is requested and the design process has already started. If the design process hasn't started we'll be more than happy to give you a full refund.

Text received from the customer will be directly copied & pasted into the actual design. We ask that the customer proof reads before sending the text and on the file before finalizing and approving any proofs. After final approval I will NOT be held responsible for any typos, etc. in the final files unless designer error does occur.

Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for acceptable print quality. I cannot be held responsible for photo quality. If you need assistance let me know I can will let you know that quality of your photo(s).

When submitting professional photographs you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained a release of copyright from the photographer to reproduce them.

Any usage rights not exclusively transferred are reserved to the Designer. Usage beyond that granted to the Client herein shall require payment of a mutually agreed-upon additional fee subject to all terms. Any transfer of rights is conditional upon receipt of full payment.

1. What is Printable vs. Printed?

PRINTABLE:
Is an affordable Do-It-Yourself method. A digital file(s) are sent via email in a PDF format. No actual items are sent to your doorstep.

When you receive a printable file you may print out the file on your home printer as many times as you'd like and hand cut them out or you can take the file over to your local print shop/center to do the printing & cutting for you!

Each file is laid out in the most cost efficient way possible with provided crop marks for cutting.

Assembly is required.


PRINTED:
Is having your item(s) delivered to your doorstep already printed and cut out. We no longer offer printing. Sorry for the inconvenience!



2. What are your Printing Prices?

We no longer offer printing. Sorry for the inconvenience!



3. How many colors can I choose for one design?

As many as you want. However, we do recommend sticking with the amount of colors used in the sample on the listing to ensure design's original flow and continuity.



4. What if I need my order right away and cannot wait the turnaround time?

A faster turnaround time may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us with the details for availability and fee.



5. Where can I get my printable PDF printed?

- No Budget: Offset Printer (search for local printer)
- Semi Budget: Laser Printer at a Print Center. **Recommended**
- Budget: Inkjet Printer at home

If you have the Printer/Print Center cut the items, ask them to cut them in small/short stacks to prevent to much shifting.



6. For printable orders, what type of paper do you recommend?

We recommend using at least an 110lb. bright white CARD STOCK.



7. I've printed out my printable file but the colors aren't exactly the same as on the screen?

Please keep in mind all printers and monitors are calibrated differently and color can vary slightly from what is shown on your monitor.

If printing from home, for best results, we recommend using an Laser printer.



8. I have an idea of a design I want, do you take custom order requests?

At this time we are taking custom orders. Custom Orders double to turnaround time. Please contact us with all the details and we'd be more then happy to work with you on perfecting your design.



9. Can I edit my design once I receive my final file.

Unfortunately no. Files can only be altered by Nunn Better Design due to Copyrights.
