ALL OF MY QUILTS ARE ONE OF A KIND! NO TWO ARE EVER ALIKE! I do all of the work myself. From choosing the fabrics, cutting the fabric, all sewing, all quilting, and the binding... all are done by me in my home.
My shop is now an all things quilted shop. From large bed quilts to quilted bags, I love the process. As you can see, I make a variety of products. If it can be sewn, I'll probably make it!
Any quilt that you see can be made in any color combinations that you choose.
My favorite task involves custom orders. I get so excited when someone tells me they want a certain theme, or a set of colors, or even specific geometrical shapes.
How do custom orders work? Once you decide to shop with me, I set up a group pinterest board (just you and me, or others if you choose). You post ideas that you like or have seen and I get to work posting fabrics that could work. I will spend hours (days, if I have to) searching for the perfect fabric just for that person. I consult you every step of the way so you are in control! The entire time I am creating my product, I constantly picture people smiling as they use my creations.
I use only high quality fabrics, because I want your items to last many generations. I believe that Mimi makes memories!

5 out of 5 starsOh where do I start... let me just say that I have not had the best luck with Etsy I have been treated very poorly by many people. When I came to Jeanie The project for the blanket had already started and the previous person told me they would do it and then backed out. I asked Jeanie if she was up for the project and she said she was. I am not the easiest person to work with only because I know what I want and that’s exactly how I want it and Jeannie was so amazing to work with. She was so patient with me and did everything exactly how I imagined it to be she even bought the rights to a pattern that I absolutely had to have on the quilt,I mean seriously who does that. If you’re looking for perfection and someone with a beautiful spirit to help you you’ve come to the right place jeanie is amazing and I highly recommend her.

5 out of 5 starsDid several rounds back and forth with the seller to customize this quilt a bit to coordinate better with the colors in the room, and also to have pillowcases made. Seller was always prompt in her communication and had helpful fabric suggestions in response to my questions. Quilt is even more lovely than I'd hoped, and so soft and comfy. It elevates the look of the whole room and really pulls everything together. Love, love, love it!

Mimi makes memories!
While waiting for my grandson, Henri, to be born, my daughter asked me if I could make the bedding and other accessories for the nursery. Now I started sewing at age 13, so I have been sewing... well... more than 45 years! However, my day job (a psychology professor) had gotten in the way. I dusted off my tools and my brain and started right in. Suddenly my life changed significantly. I fell in love with sewing again.. and quilting became my new passion. I love the look of modern quilts and can't wait to start new ones every day.
I love customizing for people. The most fun in life to me is searching for the perfect fabrics just for you. I will spend hours finding just the right shade of blue or pink or aqua (and that list can continue!). Is that cost efficient for me? Of course not. But that's not the point. Those first 2 baby years are so special that Mimi wants you to help create memorable items just for you and your family.
I have found my new passion in life and this is it. I wake up each morning and think, "I hope someone presents me with a new challenge today. I can hardly wait to try some new things in Mimi's factory (LOL... the spare bedroom).

Hi! This is Jeanie, now known as Mimi and I am the owner/creator/photographer/accountant/and office cleaning service for Sew Much Love Quilting. I used to be a professor, but now I am retired. I would love to help you create your very own items.

- Custom or personalized orders

However, I want to make sure that each and every buyer is happy with their purchase. If there is something wrong, please let me know right away.
Items are insured. Thus, if an item is lost during shipping, the buyer will be refunded.
Payment
I accept PayPal. You do not have to have an account to pay using this option.
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
I also have Direct Checkout and Etsy Cards as options.
For custom orders, payment must be made in full and have cleared before I purchase any items for your order. For custom orders, when my search process begins, I can require payment at any time in order to continue to search. This policy protects all of my customers. I want to spend all of the time you need when you are serious about shopping with me. Thus, this prevents time lost to others who may not be committed to purchasing at this time.
For made to order and ready to ship items, payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
If you are having any issues with your payment, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Shipping
Estimating shipping costs is difficult. If the shipping rate is too high in the listing, I will refund the difference when I ship your items.
If you need upgraded shipping, that can be an option. The buyer pays the additional shipping cost for those options.

This is a service I love to provide. I will keep you informed at every step. However, once the process of searching begins, I can require payment. My goal is to save you time in the search process, but I also have to protect my time and my ability to serve all of my clients.
