Kate Kilgus, New Hampshire Artisan

Hi! I'm Kate Kilgus. I have been weaving for over twenty years on an 8 harness floor loom. I currently reside in Harrisville, New Hampshire. I learned how to weave in Ann Arbor, Michigan under the direction of several fine handweavers.

My handwoven kitchen textiles and tabletop pieces can be found throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Africa. As a juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen, my work is available through the League's Fine Craft Gallery shops. I exhibit at select fine craft shows throughout New England. Press features have included "Design New England," "Log Home Living," “NH Magazine,” and "Boston Voyager."

I am proud to be an independent artisan in the beautiful Monadnock Region of New Hampshire and remain committed to honoring the traditions of the craftsmen who came before me. Thank you for supporting fine American craft.

Be well, friends.
