5 out of 5 starsI get it for my dog who has osteoarthritis and needs type 2 collegen for his body to recognise it and not attack his own. For that purpose its great, to realistically make any difference as a supplement for a person you need to be taking much , much larger doses and you need vitamin c and ideally hyaluronic acid. So in summary, its what it says but I know its not going to make any difference at that dose as a therapeutic supplement. Sellers great though. 👍🏻
