If you see something you'd like in a different color or sizes, just let me know and I'll be happy to custom make it for you. I have several colors to choose from.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, each sizing can vary slightly. Most items in my store are made to order so shipping time can vary. If you need a rush order just let me know & I'll do my best to fulfill your request.

All items are carefully handmade by me in my home studio. My crafting obsession usually revolves around the seasons. I like playing with yarn during the cold months & fabrics during the warmer months so items in my store might vary from season to season.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Only Made to Order Hats are acceptable for returns/exchanges. New hats need to be allowed time to stretch & conform to the wearers head but in circumstance that a hat just doesn't fit or is way too big then I'm happy to exchange hat items for a different size. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. Exchange must be done within 2 weeks of purchase for the SAME STYLE & COLORS only. Shipping back the item to me will be at your own expense. All my hats are made to order so if you need to exchange for a different size, please allow another 2 weeks for it to be made & mailed out to you.

For clothing: All sales are final so please make sure to check your measurements & ask any questions you might have before purchasing. Thank you!
