1. Unboxing: If vacuum-sealed, allow 24-48 hours for the foam to regain its original plush shape. Gently stroke the velvet to restore its luster.
2. Cleaning: For spills, blot immediately with a dry cloth—never rub! Use a soft-bristled brush to maintain the fabric's signature shimmer.
3. Washing: Covers are removable. Wash inside out at 30°C (85°F) on a delicate cycle. Do NOT tumble dry or use bleach. Air dry in the shade to prevent fading.
4. Foam: Never submerge the foam in water. Wipe with a damp cloth if needed and ensure it's bone-dry before re-covering.
