Shipping Policies
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate address information.
Notify me if an order hasn't arrived by 3 weeks after you received a shipping notice.
Lost Packages
If it has been 3 weeks and you have not received your package, contact me and we will submit a USPS mail search request to see if they can find it. If there is no update from USPS after a week from submitting the request, the buyer may contact me with a screenshot or other proof of the failed search request and get a 50% off coupon for replacement product.
