Ive always been an artist my tool belt now includes // jewelry-maker, photographer, wedding officiant, stained glass artist, bee keeper and the list goes on. I was raised in Rhode Island also known as "the ocean state " which is where Ocean State of Mind originated from. The ocean has always been been biggest influence.
Prior to falling in love with Puerto Rico, I spent years living on Maui, I just love the “island style of living, my time in Maui truly influenced my jewelry designs and opened the doors for so many creative endeavors.
I am mostly a self taught artist yet I have taken classes at Rhode Island School of Design including jewelery design and medal smithing and continuing education at the Hui No'eau, a visual arts center in Maui.
Ocean State of Mind brick and Mortar can be found in the Rincon Plaza in Puerto Rico and is dedicated to offering one of a kind pieces inspired by all things nature.
