This Privacy Policy explains how OKAFUMI collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you purchase an item, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.
OKAFUMI is an independent Etsy seller based in Hokkaido, Japan. For personal information processed directly by OKAFUMI in connection with an Etsy order, OKAFUMI is responsible for that processing. Etsy separately processes information under Etsy’s own Privacy Policy.
### 1. Personal Information We Receive
To fulfil an order, Etsy may provide us with information such as:
* your name;
* email address;
* postal address;
* order and product details;
* gift-message information;
* delivery and tracking information; and
* messages or other information you provide through Etsy Messages.
Etsy and its payment-service providers process payment information. OKAFUMI does not directly receive or store your full credit card or payment-card details.
We may also receive additional information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us about an order, requesting gift services, reporting a delivery problem, or requesting a return or refund.
### 2. Why We Use Your Information
We use personal information only when reasonably necessary to:
* process, prepare, inspect, package, and deliver your order;
* communicate with you about your purchase;

* prepare a requested gift message;

Where an item is first delivered to OKAFUMI for inspection and onward shipment, the production partner will not normally receive the customer’s delivery address unless it is necessary for fulfilment.

OKAFUMI does not sell or rent customer personal information.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
* fulfil and document an order;

* comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements;
