Do you offer printing services?
Yes I do! I offer traditional printing, gold foil printing, thermography, and letterpress.
How do I access my instant download files?
After checkout and payment has cleared, you can download your file(s).
Steps to easily re-download the file(s) associated
1. Go to the top right corner of your etsy page and click on "You".
2. Select "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu.
3. Find your purchase & click the black button to "Download Files".
(NOTE: This must be done on a computer, NOT a mobile phone or iPad)
Can I customize items from your shop?
If you have a specific request, don't hesitate to reach out! I am more than happy to try and accommodate most requests free of charge. If it is something that will require more time and involvement, I may have to charge a small fee.
