If you are wondering when your order will ship or where you can find the tracking, refer to your past orders section, the order confirmation email, or the tracking email if it has shipped. Please note that we absolutely do not ship orders late. If your order has not shipped, this means we are still using the posted production time agreed upon at checkout to create your handmade product.

Please read each individual listing to know how to best care for your order. Unless noted in the description, please do not put a wooden item outdoors as it was not properly sealed against the elements. Only use a dry microfiber towel to dust and wipe clean.

Our galvanized buckets are created with permanent vinyl and safe for the outdoor elements.

Sales are subject to end early or be extended longer than the posted date.

Coupon codes given to a customer though messages/email are for one time use only if stated. We reserve the right to decline a sale if a coupon code was found and used without our consent. Coupon codes are not valid on orders already placed. Feel free to place another order with our small business in the future with the coupon code you have been given.

Damron Decor only guarantees when your item will ship from our shop in Newton Falls, OH. We do not offer delivery dates as your package is no longer within our control. Although Etsy offers estimated delivery dates shown to you at checkout, please note that these are not 100% accurate nor do they reflect any unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier. Check the production time prior to ordering if you are looking to receive an item by a certain date. We absolutely do not recommend ordering if you need anything in 1 week or less. Our shop is full of handmade products and we appreciate your patience and respect of our time. Again, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

All items with free shipping will use USPS Ground Advantage.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund/partially refund any order that does not have enough information provided during checkout. If your order cannot be completed, we will first attempt contact through Etsy, the email address on file, and even extend the shipping date. Please be sure to leave all the information needed at the time of purchase to avoid any delays.

If we are threatened or feel completing an order is not in the best interest of our business, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Our shop constitutes Monday through Friday as business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and any days USPS is closed will not count toward production time. We reserve the right to utilize 1 additional production day if your order falls within a USPS holiday since we cannot dispatch if they are closed.

If you have a question about a product, please send a message before ordering to see if we can accommodate your request. We currently do not accept custom orders, but may be able to help make certain changes to our handmade products. Do not place an order with a custom request in the note section since we do charge for our time and alterations. We may message and/or cancel the order.

We do not offer wholesale on our handmade products at this time.

Reach out and let us know if your package has not moved in several days. We will file all necessary forms with the shipping carrier and try our hardest to get it moving again.

If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please wait 1 more business day to see if it will be delivered then. Ask all family members and neighbors if they grabbed it my mistake. Once your order is marked as delivered, we cannot intervene if you believe it has been stolen. Please call your local post office for the exact GPS drop off and proceed to file a police report if needed.

A tracking number will be provided with every order. Please check the email address used during checkout for updates. If you have any shipping/delivery issues, please contact us. We would appreciate the opportunity to help!

If a package is returned to Damron Decor due to an incorrect shipping address provided or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to redeliver. If the item ordered has free shipping, we can only offer this deal one time per order. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost.

Although we take extra care when packing every order, there have been unfortunate instances when they arrive damaged by the shipping carrier. Please send a message with detailed photos of the items(s) and shipping box same day as delivery. If your product requires assembly, do not attempt to put together as we need to see exactly how it arrived. Most shipping methods include insurance, so we will file a claim in order to send out a replacement. This may result in the customer taking the item and packaging in to USPS for proof of damage.
