Welcome to Oak Myth!
We are a duo of artisans who take great joy in creating beautiful hand crafted works.

We do our best to make sure our leather is of good quality, and that the masks resemble their photographs. While we are skilled artisans, note that because each mask is hand made and the colors individually mixed, we cannot guarantee that the masks will look 100% exactly the same as how they are pictured.

Payment

At this time, we accept PayPal transfers, credit cards through PayPal, or credit cards through Etsy. If you need to pay by Check, we will ship your order once the check clears. Please contact us if you need to pay by check. For custom orders, we will not begin work on your order until we have received payment.

Shipping

ALWAYS make sure to take note of an item's description. Some are made upon order and take a few weeks to complete and ship, others are ready to ship immediately. If you have a deadline, please let us know! Often, we are able to complete an order in less than a week, but make sure to communicate with us so we can give you the best estimate possible.

We are not responsible if you neglect to read the mask's description, or neglect to tell us of a time constraint. Masks are only shipped immediately if they are marked in the description as "in stock."

Orders within the US are shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a USPS confirmation number, unless the item is a key chain. In order to keep shipping costs down, we don't do confirmation numbers for key chain orders unless requested (costs extra). Shipping usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days within the US. International shipping will take longer.

For faster shipping, please contact us. An additional fee will be needed based on shipping time.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take great care to make sure that our leather works are in good condition. If an item should become damaged in the shipping process, you can return the item for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. If the mask doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory, you can return it for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Buyer pays all shipping and return shipping. We do not offer refunds. Because we only offer exchanges, lost items cannot be replaced unless there is proof the item was not delivered. Delivery status and date of delivery of all orders is determined by the status listed under your confirmation or tracking number, which we will provide when your item is shipped (except key chain orders, which will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion).

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please do not ask us to make masks of copyrighted or trademarked works. As such, we cannot sell masks of characters such as Bat Man, Donald Duck etc. We do not sell mask blanks, mask making kits, or patterns for any of our masks.

If there is a problem with your order, please CONTACT the Oak Myth team before leaving negative feedback. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
