Building Our Own Dreams

Tommy and I started Oak Tree Jewelers in 2007 after his 14 year jewelers apprenticeship. His training was in mold making, casting, and repair work. In 2008 we moved west when he was offered a position as head jeweler. There his focus was casting, repairs, and stone setting. He worked 12 years before being laid off during the 2020 shutdown.

We've had an Etsy shop active since 2011, so we decided to put all of our attention into growing our own line of jewelry. Moving Oak Tree from a hobby to a full time career for us both. We're looking at his layoff as an opportunity to work together on the things we both love. It's the perfect time to build our own dreams.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Our goal is to provide you with handmade items that are unique. No two pieces are ever the same. When the item photographed is the item being sold we will indicate that in the description. Otherwise we will custom make each piece when ordered. If you are not satisfied with the item please contact us so we can correct it.

All items are carefully packaged and no harm should come to them during the mailing process. If during transit an item is damaged please contact us and include a photo of the box or envelope and the item. We will work to fix the order.

If a customer changes their mind and nothing is wrong with the item(s) then there will be a 10% restocking fee subtracted from the refund. We're a small business who needs to cover packaging and postage. Thanks for your understanding.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Gift Cards.
Shipping
We ship all items First Class via USPS. (Domestic and International) Domestic orders will receive an email with a tracking number.

We can also ship USPS Priority Mail, but the buyer will need to contact us before payment is made so we can adjust shipping costs.

Please note that custom order can take up to 7 business days to make before mailing.
