REFUND POLICY
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at mass@obarrel.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, shipping costs are incurred by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Orders are not refunded but only exchanged for in-store credit to be used on a future purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the exchange is due to manufacturing error or damage before shipping/transit, we will incur the reasonable cost of remedying the damage (as decided by Mass Group Innovations LLC) or shipping fee to exchange the product in case of total damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued in-store credit.

Free Shipping is occasionally offered for limited time periods and limited product collections. Anytime Free Shipping will be offered, the end date and affected product collection will be available on the Oak Wood Wine Barrels Website obarrel.com.

Free Shipping is defined as an offer in which the customer will not pay any fees for shipping and handling. Oak Wood Wine Barrels will use at their own discretion the appropriate shipping method (local delivery, UPS, USPS, etc) at no extra cost to the customer. Free Shipping is not always offered on products, only when advertised explicitly.
