What do I receive after purchasing?
You’ll receive a PDF with a link to access your editable Canva website template, along with a helpful editing guide to get you started.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No - all templates are designed to work with a free Canva account.
Can I customise everything?
There are a few elements which cannot be changed. For example the envelope color in our ‘click to open’ website designs. Read the individual product description to find out more. In every design you will be able to change background and text colors, fonts, photos and layout.
How do I share my website with guests?
Once you’ve finished editing, you can publish your website directly from Canva and share the link with your guests.
How does the RSVP work?
Your template includes a built-in Canva RSVP form, plus a Google Forms option. You can also link to any external RSVP service if you prefer.
Is this easy to edit if I’ve never used Canva before?
Yes - the template is designed to be beginner-friendly. A simple editing guide is included to walk you through it and Canva has great resources to learn more about how to use their platform.
Can I use this on mobile?
Yes - your website is designed to work beautifully on both desktop and mobile. We recommend previewing on both before sharing. In terms of editing the design, whilst Canva does have a mobile app that you can use, it’s a lot easier to edit on a laptop or desktop.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not available. If you have any issues, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
